As we notified you recently, there have been broad internet latency in your area, effecting households and business, due to issues between two major carriers in your region.  While this is not an Ellie Mae issue, as our client, we have been in contact with the two parties on your behalf and requesting updates.  

 

Both AT&T and XO Communications have reported the issue has been resolved. 

 

Ellie Mae will continue to monitor closely and is prepared to escalate again should any follow-on issues become apparent.
